Important dates

  • Abstract submission deadline: 24 October 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance: 19 December 2024
  • Final paper submission: 6 February 2025
  • Conference: 17-19 March 2025

Paper preparation

  • Page size is A4, page limit is 4 pages.
  • Abstracts/Papers less than 2 pages or more than 4 pages long will be rejected.
  • All authors must download and must use a fresh copy of the following template (both for abstract and final paper):

  • Authors must read the format instructions in the required template.pdf.
  • Authors must submit manuscripts compliant with the required format.
  • Accepted papers will be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore.
  • For the abstract submission, the usage of PDFexpress is not required.

Handling of Non-Presented Papers

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
