  • Abstract sub­mis­sion dead­line: 24 Octo­ber 2024
  • Noti­fi­ca­tion of Accep­tance: 19 Decem­ber 2024
  • Final paper sub­mis­sion: 6 Feb­ru­ary 2025
  • Con­fer­ence: 17–19 March 2025

Paper preparation

  • Page size is A4.
  • Abstracts must be between 2 and 4 pages and should include the main themes and results of your work.
  • The abstract has to fol­low the same for­mat as the final paper
    (please do not just upload the abstract sec­tion from the paper tem­plate).
  • You can also upload the already final paper, page lim­it is 4 pages.
  • Please use the tem­plate for the abstract and paper as well.
  • All authors must down­load and must use a fresh copy of the fol­low­ing tem­plate:

  • Authors must read the for­mat instruc­tions in the required template.pdf.
  • Authors must sub­mit man­u­scripts com­pli­ant with the required for­mat.
  • Accept­ed papers will be con­sid­ered for pub­li­ca­tion in IEEE Xplore.
  • For the abstract sub­mis­sion, the usage of PDF­ex­press is not required.

Handling of Non-Presented Papers

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from dis­tri­b­u­tion after the con­fer­ence, includ­ing IEEE Xplore® Dig­i­tal Library, if the paper is not pre­sent­ed by the author at the con­fer­ence.

Best paper awards are spon­sored by IMA and EuMA.
