Paper preparation

  • Page size is A4, page lim­it is 4 pages, and file size lim­it is 10 MB for the final paper.
  • Please use the avail­able tem­plate for the final paper.
  • All authors must down­load and must use a fresh copy of the fol­low­ing tem­plate:

  • Authors must read the for­mat instruc­tions in the required template.pdf.
  • Authors must sub­mit man­u­scripts com­pli­ant with the required for­mat.
  • Accept­ed papers will be con­sid­ered for pub­li­ca­tion in IEEE Xplore.
     
  • For the final paper sub­mis­sion, the usage of PDF­ex­press is required — use the con­fer­ence ID 64734X.
     
  • First-time users of PDF­ex­press should do the fol­low­ing:
  • 1. Select the fol­low­ing link Cre­ate account.
    2. Enter the fol­low­ing:
    • 64734X for the Con­fer­ence ID
    • your email address
    • a pass­word
    3. Con­tin­ue to enter infor­ma­tion as prompt­ed.
    4. An Online con­fir­ma­tion will be dis­played and an email con­fir­ma­tion will be sent
    ver­i­fy­ing your account set­up.

Handling of Non-Presented Papers

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from dis­tri­b­u­tion after the con­fer­ence, includ­ing IEEE Xplore® Dig­i­tal Library, if the paper is not pre­sent­ed by the author at the con­fer­ence.
