The Mobil­i­ty Elec­tron­ics (ME) busi­ness sec­tor is an inter­nal pro­duc­tion and devel­op­ment ser­vice provider for elec­tron­ic con­trol units and semi­con­duc­tors (inte­grat­ed cir­cuits and sen­sors) as well as a man­u­fac­tur­er of semi­con­duc­tor prod­ucts and sen­sors for the exter­nal mar­ket. The semi­con­duc­tor prod­uct spec­trum for auto­mo­tive appli­ca­tions ranges from appli­ca­tion-spe­cif­ic ICs and pow­er semi­con­duc­tors to micro-elec­tro-mechan­i­cal sen­sors.
